Quoted prices are based on the condition you describe and are held for 21 days from the date of quotation. Every device is inspected on arrival; where the condition differs from the description we will send photographs and a revised price for you to accept or decline, and a declined device is returned free of charge. Payment is issued within one business day of inspection, not of receipt.
You must be the lawful owner of any device you send, it must not be reported lost or stolen, and all accounts and activation locks must be removed before dispatch — we cannot pay out on a locked device.
