How quickly do I get paid?
Within one business day of inspection — not of receipt. PayPal usually lands the same day, a bank transfer in one to two working days, a cheque in three to five.
What if my screen is cracked?
Say so in the condition questions and the price already accounts for it. A cracked screen is worth less, not nothing — we buy plenty of them.
What happens if it is not what I described?
We photograph what we found, send you the photographs and a revised price with the reason, and you accept or decline. Decline and it comes back free, with nothing deducted.
Do I have to accept the offer?
No. You can cancel any time before the carrier scans the box, and you can decline a revision after we have inspected it. Neither costs you anything.
What about the data on my phone?
Wipe it and sign out before you send it. We then erase every device to factory settings on arrival, to NIST 800-88, and can send a certificate.
Do you buy anything besides iPhones?
iPads, Macs, Apple Watches, Samsung and Pixel phones, and most tablets. If it is not on the list, ask — we probably still buy it.
Is the postage really free?
Both directions. The label is prepaid, tracked and insured on our account, and a declined device is returned at our cost.
How long is my price held?
Twenty-one days from the moment you are quoted. Market prices move within that window; your price does not.
